Well....this is the first post on my blog about our upcoming holiday - sorry, vacation - to the United States of America in May of this year. So far we have worked out a detailed itinery using a map, books and t'interweb. Poached some ideas from a holiday company that specialises in American tours! Settled on hiring a convertible car - soooo Thelma & Louise! So far we have booked about half our accommodations and will be booking the remainder over the next few days. Although it is 4 months away we are getting quite excited about our mammoth road trip already!
